Azubi-Blog (apprentice blog) informs about apprenticeships at Walter

Questions about career openings crop up time and again with school leavers. What training opportunities are there? What qualifications do I have to have? Apprentices from the company answer these and other important questions about apprenticeships at Walter AG in the Azubi-Blog.

Walter AG set up the Azubi-Blog to make the career decision and application process easier for prospective apprentices, as well as to enable them to benefit from the experiences of the apprentices. The blog provides information on the commercial and technical vocations at Walter. It also provides tips on the application process and information about current apprenticeship projects and events. Interviews with apprentices and trainers reveal the typical work day and useful links, such as to the company, make Internet searching easier for the user. To give the most realistic possible insight into the world of work, apprentices regularly update their own texts.

But the portal is not only aimed at school leavers, who wish to obtain further information about vocational training at Walter AG or who are interested in a dual study course, but also at apprentices and students who are already completing an apprenticeship with the tool manufacturer or are finishing their course of studies. They can find suggestions from colleagues and exchange information with each other.

For some months now, an editorial team of eleven apprentices has been working on the design, structure and content of the portal. The team consists of apprentices and students from various vocational training areas and different training phases. In weekly editorial meetings, the members of the team exchange ideas and work together on developing the blog.
