With our indexable insert tools and solid carbide tools, users can achieve a high metal removal rate in roughing operations and benefit from a low vibration tendency and therefore high process reliability in finishing operations. Our tooling systems can be used universally and include plunge milling, circular interpolation milling and plunging, amongst others.

In particular, our F4030 high-performance milling cutter offers an optimal machining possibility for mould and die making. Extremely high, reliable cutting data and tool life can be achieved with the new Tiger•tec® Silver coating allied to the combination of easy-cutting geometry and high stability, as well as a six-edged negative basic shape.

Thanks to its innovative geometry, the Proto•max™ST is also setting new standards, with a metal removal rate of up to 50% more than commercially available three- or four-edged tools.
